M. Ramazan Ertaş started his career as a lawyer at one of Turkey's leading law firms, providing Commercial and Corporate Law services to both local and international clients.
He provides legal consultancy for international investments entering the Turkish market; specialized in corporate incorporation, ordinary and extraordinary general assembly processes, board of directors' resolutions and their implementation; preparation of corporate governance reports; and the execution of merger and acquisition processes including letter of intent, due diligence, contract negotiations, and closing transactions. Experienced in negotiation of complex international and local commercial contracts. His Corporate and Commercial Law expertise spans the manufacturing sectors such as automotive, food, pharmaceutical, metal, glass, and stone sectors.
His success in European Union Company Law regulations granted him the Jean Monnet higher education scholarship. Completing his International Business Law LLM degree at Tilburg University, his master's thesis is on the sustainability reporting regulations of public companies.
